How can I order a product?

Step 1: Select the requested products in the web shop by clicking on the button
press SHOPPING CART

Step 2: Go to your shopping cart at the top right of your screen, and click the CHECKOUT BUTTON.

Step 3: Here you can see the inventory of your selected products. If there is still something missing, continue shopping. If your order is correct, please proceed to the checkout page.

Step 4: Fill in the invoice details.

Step 5: Select the desired payment option and mark the general terms and conditions (if you agree with them). Then click on the button PLACE ORDER

Step 6: As soon as the payment is successful you will receive a confirmation of your order in your mailbox.

When will I receive my order?

When you place an order, we will ship the package, if in stock, the same day or the next day. 

Shipping with UPS/DPD
The Netherlands 1 to 2 business days
Belgium 1 to 2 business days 
Germany 2 to 3 business days
Other EU countries 4 to 5 business days

Can I still change an order?

Once you have completed and paid for an order, it cannot be changed afterwards at the webshop. If your order has not been shipped yet you can cancel the order

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order from within your account page. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
